Stock counts are resetting to zero on their own

Hi!

Just recently a number of products have reset to zero on their own. We use Shopify for our online store, and for our brick + mortar locations, so this especially concerning, and problematic. Can you please help us troubleshoot what is going on, and how we can prevent this in the future?

Do you use any apps that manage inventory or do product updates (maybe via an import file)? That’s where I would start looking. Either an app or a product update import likely is to blame.
