hi guys, I have a problem trying to sign in my store. I’ve been inactive for a couple months and now I’m trying to sign in and it says it will send a code to my email and nothing seems to appear in my emails. I’ve checked spam too and still nothing. can someone please help?

Yes , the correct email is being used.
We cannot provide store link as we have no access to the store. Wgen trying to sign in using a phone number instead of emails , the message “Inactive for 3 months’ appears, before eventually being told too many code requests have been sent.
