Hello I have a big problem with my Shopify store. I set up the wrong email account and it won’t let me log into my store. I know my email and password but since it says my store has been inactive for 3 months it keeps sending a code to the wrong email and I cannot get access to my store. Every month Shopify takes $30 out of my account even though I can’t log in. It’s been an issue for 2 months now. And I need help

You will need to reach out to our live support team via our Help Center in order to take a look into this. You can do this by heading to our Help Center, clicking “Continue without logging in”, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
