Hello there @marrychandy Here are a few thoughts of mine on how you could you could improve your store to a higher level and entice more customers.

  1. You should add a short video or GIF (or maybe both) to your product gallery. Make sure it’s high quality so it can help catch the attention of customers (it would also be a good idea to have it at the top of the homepage)

  2. I noticed from the pop ups in your store that you have some discounts available. This is very good and I suggest you even go the extra mile and include bundle packages as well as subscriptions in your store as well. It increases the chances of endearing customers for the first time and then keeping them as recurrent patronizers.

  3. You should add direct links to the social media accounts of the store at the bottom of the homepage.

I wish you and your store the best of luck!

Hi @marrychandy

Here are what I see and feel about your store :

  • Love the at-home spa vibe :slightly_smiling_face:
  • I think the menu could stick to the top for easier browsing, especially on longer pages.
  • About your products, your cavitation machines and spa tools are unique, but the product pages need more juice. Like punchier titles (e.g., “6-in-1 Fat-Busting Powerhouse”) and detailed benefits over generic specs to really sell the dream. Also, the content and the product are decent but feel a bit dry. You can consider add some customer success stories or “why it works” snippets to make it relatable and convincing.
  • I see your homepage lacks a clear, compelling statement about what makes UBody Contour different from competitors. Fixing this can improve brand positioning and customer understanding.
  • Too many products displayed simultaneously creates visual overwhelm. Maybe you can arrange them, focus on key offerings

What do you think about playing up the “luxury at home” angle more?

Hi @marrychandy ! I’m Tracy from BON Loyalty, the essential Shopify loyalty program app.

Thank you for reaching out to the community! I took a look at your store, and I must say, the UI/UX is beautifully designed and looks very professional. Since the store’s visual appeal is already strong, the lack of conversions is likely due to other factors. Here are a few key areas we can explore to identify what might be affecting your sales:

1. Traffic quality & targeting

  • Are you getting the right audience to your store? If most visitors aren’t your ideal customers, they won’t convert.
  • If you’re running ads, check whether they are targeting high-intent shoppers rather than broad audiences.
  • Look at your store’s analytics (Shopify reports, Google Analytics) to see if visitors are bouncing too quickly.

2. Product & offer positioning

  • Do your product descriptions clearly communicate value, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs)?
  • Are your prices competitive for your niche, or do they create hesitation?
  • Are there any trust signals (testimonials, guarantees) to help first-time buyers feel more confident? Even though you already have customer reviews displayed, are they strategically placed where visitors need reassurance (e.g., product pages, near CTAs, checkout page)?

3. Checkout & purchase friction

  • Are there hidden costs (high shipping fees, taxes) causing cart abandonment?
  • Is the checkout process smooth, or does it require too many steps?
  • Do you offer multiple payment options, including methods that your audience prefers?

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies

  • Have you implemented an abandoned cart recovery email or retargeting ads to bring back visitors?
  • Since you already offer a first-time buyer discount, are you promoting it effectively (e.g., on product pages, cart page, or in a pop-up reminder)?
  • Are you using exit-intent popups to capture emails and offer incentives before visitors leave?

To pinpoint the exact cause, I’d recommend checking your Shopify analytics to see:
:check_mark: Where visitors are dropping off (product page? checkout?)
:check_mark: Which traffic sources are bringing visitors (organic, paid, social?)
:check_mark: Your add-to-cart and checkout rates

Before finding the solution, I suggest you to identify and analyze your customer behavior first. The data may show what is wrong and give you more insights about current situation. I hope that my suggestion is helpful for you somehow. Good luck.

Cheers,

Tracy

Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community! I’m Donna from MooseDesk , your go-to Live Chat, WhatsApp and FAQ App here to help you enhance your customer support experience

I love your store! I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check :slightly_smiling_face:

  1. Sticky Navigation: Implementing a sticky navigation bar ensures that users have constant access to the menu as they scroll, enhancing usability.

  2. Strikethrough Pricing Display

Currently, the strikethrough prices appear quite faint and fail to make a strong impression on customers. This could lead to potential buyers not noticing the price difference between the original and discounted prices, reducing the effectiveness of promotions.

Suggestions for Improvement:

  • Make the original price more visible by increasing clarity, adjusting the color, or using a more legible strikethrough style.
  • Add a “SALE” tag to discounted products to immediately grab customers’ attention.
  • Use a stronger contrast (e.g., display the original price in bold gray and the discounted price in bright red) to highlight the discount more effectively.

3. Add a Pop-up Promotion

Currently, the website lacks a pop-up feature to immediately capture customer attention and highlight special promotions. Adding a well-designed promotional pop-up can significantly improve user engagement and increase conversions.

This is example:

4. Add FAQ Page/ Contact Us Page

Additionally, you could consider adding an FAQ and a “Contact Us” page. These are essential for helping customers quickly find answers or reach out for support, which can significantly enhance their shopping experience.

For an easy solution, I recommend trying MooseDesk App. It provides free, professionally designed FAQ and Contact Us templates with a simple one-click setup that perfect for elevating your store effortlessly!

**Hi @marrychandy **
First off, congratulations on your store — your body massage products are meaningful! With my experience in building 20+ of stores for merchants, we have some practical suggestions that I believe can help enhance your store.

Here are some suggestions to enhance your store:

NOTE: According to your body massage products, I think your store design is not good and you are not following a conversion-optimized product page. Your product page is just simple as usual, not following the Bundle, Upsell, and Downsell feature for High Conversion and the Home page — there are not enough sections to represent your brand.

  1. Optimized your branding and the Product thumbnail design.

  2. Optimize your Product description with SEO. SEO ! important

  1. Make your product page using conversion optimization(CRO). If your product page and the Home page do not represent the whole brand, it’s not getting sales.

Product is more important than the other page. You can use the Bundle, upsell, and downsell features on your product page, so it will increase your overall Conversion rate, AOV and LTV

Look at that  , my client example of a product page. You can follow the bundle and upsell features.

4. Highlight your collections

I noticed you offer six types of products, but the collection headings aren’t standing out, and the layout feels a bit fragmented.

5. Tell your brand story and Add Instagram Feed

Customers buy products not just for their benefits but because they connect with the brand’s story — especially when the products have emotional significance. You can consider sharing:

  • Your brand’s mission
  • How you craft your products
  • The inspiration behind your business
  1. Your marketing across the top mediums, which are SEO and social media, has to be top-notch with the right content and strategies. You may also need to expend some extra resources if required like getting paid ads on Meta and TikTok.

BOOM :collision: These are the key steps that I’m following in every client’s project. If you need further help, just reach out to me, if you are satisfied, I’ll be satisfied   and my suggestion is helpful Mark It As a Solution.
