1. Add the hero banner section
The hero banner is often the first thing visitors see when they land on your website, so it’s essential to make a great first impression. Your hero banner can be an image or video relevant to your product with high resolution and include a Header, Subheader, and CTA button.
2. Modify your navigation bar
To improve the user experience and make it easier for customers to navigate your site, consider simplifying your navigation bar by keeping only the essential navigation points. Streamline the menu to include key categories such as Homepage, Collections, Best Sellers, About Us, and Contact Us. This will help customers quickly find the most important sections of your website, enhancing their overall browsing experience and making it more likely they will find and purchase the products they are interested in.

Hi @luluima ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - Customer Support Helpdesk/FAQ App.
Congrats on your store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Revamp Your Hero Description:
The current description, “Welcome to Lumina,” is not compelling enough. Revise it to highlight your products’ unique selling points and give customers a reason to stay on your website and explore more about your offerings.
2. Improve Your Navigation Menu:
Convert the “Shop All” option into a dropdown menu to categorize your products (e.g., apparel, devices). This will allow users to easily navigate through different product lines without scrolling through all your products. Even with a few products, categorizing them now will be beneficial as you expand your inventory.
It should look like this:
3. Introduce a Product Collection Section:
Based on the categorization suggested above, add a product collection section to inform users about the different product lines you offer.
Here is an example for you:
4. Create a Product Benefits Section:
Group related sections on your homepage into a product benefits section. This will clearly convey the purpose of this section and help users understand the advantages of your products.
These are the sections I mention:
5. Add an About Us Section:
Briefly introduce yourself and your store to build an emotional connection with your customers. This will increase their trust and make them more likely to buy from you.
6. Remove Direct Product Displays on Homepage:
The homepage should provide a glimpse of your products, not display them directly. Consider removing sections that show products directly on the homepage.
These are the sections I mention:
7. Revamp the Footer:
Include a sitemap for easy navigation and your store’s contact information to reassure customers of your legitimacy.
You can follow this example:
8. Enhance Product Descriptions:
Include detailed product specifications and materials in your descriptions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions quickly.
9. Add a Dedicated FAQ Page:
Instead of listing FAQs at the bottom of your homepage, create a dedicated FAQ page to address common customer concerns more effectively.
To address this, I recommend using MooseDesk, an app for creating unique FAQ pages for your customers. Besides helping you creating your FAQ and Contact us page, we also provide a helpdesk/ticketing system for your customer support.
Here are some of our templates:
FAQ page:
Contact us page:
Our widget also includes an option for order tracking, allowing your customers to quickly track their orders.
The best part is that we offer various customization choices so you can customize and match with your store’s aesthetics.
Since our app is now available for free, all current users will be considered as early-bird users and get to enjoy all our current features for free forever!
As an expert/enthusiast in UX, I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store.
