In this situation I would suggest reaching out to our live support to review the stores you have closed previously and ensure that there are no other accounts connected to your merchant account.
Please have a screenshot of the most recent charge to your account available (with any sensitive data hidden/covered). It will have a charge ID connected to it that our finances team can use to track the charge if our support is unable to find it with you.
