Store design feedback/marketing strategies

Hello, It’s been about 3 months since I set up my website. But I still can’t get enough traffic and I can’t make sales. I am very new to Shopify. And I can’t understand if I made a mistake somewhere. I wonder if you can give me feedback on my website.

2. Adjust your homepage

The current design of your homepage mirrors a regular collection page. You might want to consider making these changes to your homepage:

3. Adjust size for the header

I realized that the header occupies a lot of space on the homepage. You can reduce its size by adjusting the logo size or moving it to another location.

4. Make the sale badges more highlighted

Highlighted sale badges catch the eye of the customer quickly. In a sea of products, these badges can draw attention to specific items, guiding customers towards deals and promotions.

I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:

  1. Testimonials. I see you have some product reviews. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page in a prominent position-- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
  2. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
  3. Show off your social media. If you have Instagram or another marketing channel, you can show off the feed on your home page as well, so it helps with giving some social credibility.
  4. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

I appreciate that you have included your online store URL for us to explore. Looking into your URL, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to welcome your visitors to your homepage. What do you think about including a free shipping offer or discount code to create a buyer incentive?

You could also potentially add a slideshow section to the homepage to strengthen your brand. For example, you could make a slideshow appear as the first section under the header navigation menu to showcase some of your available products. You could include your best seller or favorite product in the slides! This is a great way to allow your visitors to learn more about the business as soon as they arrive on the homepage.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to me.I have implemented most of what has been said. but I have not been able to find out how I can do this in the Dawn theme. I would be very happy if you could give me information on this.

For the product page

Everything is good, but I think showing all product materials, shipping and refund policy are a little too long. So, I highly recommend you change your product description to the example below, it would be better to increase customer experiences.
