I have recently launched my shopify online second hand bookstore. I am pretty new to Shopify, and have built the first iteration of my store using the Dawn theme. I am now working on SEO, have just started trialling Booster SEO, and will adjust this over the coming weeks.
I am keen to get some feedback on the basic layout and design, categories, navigation, product listings and anything else that you think might be helpful so that I can begin to optimise the store.
I will be building a blog in the coming weeks as well.
At this stage, I have not had any traffic, so am keen to build my brand and start generating organic traffic. I have also linked my shop to my Instagram account and have an Instagram stop.

Congratulations on launching your online second hand bookstore!
I have a couple of tips that might help you get your store set up faster:
- To import book details, you can install the ISBNExpress: Books Importer;
- You can join two great groups on Facebook (Booksellers Using Shopify and Booksellers Mentors) and ask questions about running a bookstore in Shopify;
- I’ve noticed that you offer fixed bundles to your customers. If you want your customers to choose for themselves, you can try our free app - Boxi: Box Bundle Builder.
- Here are some tips and suggestions for organizing your inventory to make it easier for your customers to navigate your bookstore.

Thanks very much Christina, muchly appreciated. I will check out the apps you mention. I am already a member of the groups you noted, and monitor those religiously for tips and hints.
