Hi @Antonynex ,
We appreciate your inquiry in the Shopify Community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
I have filled the password of both stores but the store nexifox.nl said it was not the correct password, so I could just access the store lucky4voeter.nl. And here are some of my recommendations to boost sales and differentiate your brand, please kindly check.
1. Change the current navigation bar into the already shown navigation bar
As a user, I need to pay close attention to find the small Menu navigation and need to click once more to make all page sections appear. This will highly discourage my purchase intention. Therefore, I recommend that the navigation menu can become the shown bar like my attached image.
2. Preview product on Homepage with reviews + stars
You have nicely included lots of reviews on the product on Product pages. However, the first touchpoint of customers with products are on Homepage. Therefore, to give them more incentive to click on the product and boost sales, it would be nicer to show the number of reviews and the calculated overall stars for the products.
3. Highlight the Brand Story
I noticed that you showcase the value proposition of your store on Homepage which can really highlight your uniqueness. Congrats. However, it can even be differentiated more with your brand story as a separate page.
Create a separate “Our Story/About us” page to delve deeper into your brand’s history, mission, and values. This allows interested customers to connect more personally with your brand, ass your story are already very touching, so just need to make it more readable and demonstrative.

4. Optimize the footer
To maximize the benefit of the footer, you could consider adding your contact address including your email, your social media and your phone, so that customers can reach you easier.
5. Structure the product page more effectively
I tried exploring some of your products on their product page and when still reading the product details, it suddenly came to Reviews and FAQ, then again back to product information.
Therefore, I suggest your more consistent flow on product page: Product details → Reviews → FAQ → Similar products.
6. Add a live chat widget for your Online Store
I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases
I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a FREE Live Chat, WhatsApp & FAQ App. You can easily reach customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring immediate assistance for inquiries. Also, the widget provide multi self-Service options such as Order tracking, Translation and FAQ section empower customers to resolve common questions on their own, reducing the need for direct support.
So those are some of my suggestions for your store as an UX expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a ‘LIKE’. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.
Once again, keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you the best of luck in the future!
