I just logged in to my shopify account and my store was not their. Its url is dastoor-1220.myshopify.com
Why cant i access it? Before some hours i was working in my store but i cant access it now. Please help
Try logging in with any other email you may have used. Also, open dastoor-1220.myshopify.com directly and check what error it shows.
Tell me:
- Is the store missing from your Shopify dashboard?
- What exact error do you see?
- Are you the store owner?

This typically occurs if the store is associated with a different login or you are signed in to another email. First log out and check all your possible emails. You can also do a “Forgot password” flow on each email and see which one gets the reset.
If the store was previously frozen or on a trial plan, it might also be considered inactive in your admin. Another quick check is to log in via the Shopify Partner dashboard, or have any staff account owner do so and confirm the store status and owner settings.
