The store is no longer visible on my account

After logging into my account, the system forces me to create a new store, I cannot access the old store. The store is normally active under the link miior-7.myshopify.com , until now it worked. Shopify status shows that everything is fine… Trying to report to technical support impossible - because the machine forces you to select the store - which I do not see on the account . Please help!

I guess you are logging in to the incorrect account because this store is working well.

The problem is probably more complex. I have only two logins, one of which is the owner of the store, but neither of them has access to the head store. I am in contact with support, but they have been working on solving the problem for two days
