Store Migrated from WordPress(wocommerce) to Shopify is again opening in wocommerce

Previously my store was created on WordPress wocommerce. Which I transferred to Shopify on 10 September 2021. My domain & hosting was registered with a third party. I transferred everything to Shopify. the domain is also connected with my Shopify store. Everything was working perfectly since Thursday I started getting messages from customers and visitors that my website is not working properly as it is transferred to WordPress again.
By checking I find out that my website is opening in different versions like old customers/Visitors who previously visited the website is seeing WordPress website while new customers seeing the Shopify store.

I don’t understand why this is happening.

you need to contact the host with this request, to delete your old databases… it requires direct access to your database to flush out your old wordpress data. you can also request for the data be stored in a different server just in case you ever need it again. it also can be a cache issue
