I am unable to access my store nor am I able to access Shopify Support. When I try to access my shop which I’ve done countless times until today, I get the following error:
‘If your most recent stores aren’t listed, reload the page or try again later.’
I’ve tried reloading the page to no avail.
My efforts to contact Shopify Support has proven impossible. As when I try I get the following message/page displayed:
'Missing account details
To proceed, go to your Shopify account settings page. Ensure that there is a name and email associated with your account in the Details section. View account settings’ Which I have and all is up to date.
All of my information is up to date and correct. My email is also showing as verified. I have two step authentication on my account. I am unable to contact Shopify support as I’m caught up in this endless loop of being asked to update account details that I have already provided and is correct.
I use Chrome and have also tried logging in using MS Edge and have the same issue.
I have no idea what else to do. I’ve spend months setting up my store and adding my products, so completely at a loss as to what to do.

I am having the same issue, please help me. I cannot open my store because it says I do not have a subcription even though I do, and i went to get help. When i go to get help, it says this:
I have a name and email with the account, why cant i contact support? I am paying for shopify and cannot even open the store or contact support for help…

For example, the error you experience when you visit the link herecan you please send me a screenshot of that?
Could you also try all the steps below:
Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
When using incognito, if you’re still experiencing an issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions, as these can change how pages function and look.
Thank you for your help. I was experiencing the same issue. I checked all the links you sent and the I get this error in the Shopify support chat box: “An unexpected error occurred”.
