Store terminated, and tied up money.

My shopify store was terminated after opening it, 3 orders were made while it was open. Two orders were through paypal, which I received payment for. The third order was through Shop, Now that my store is closed, I can no longer access the money that was paid through shop. It has been 7 days since I have filed an appeal and have heard NOTHING.

This is very frustrating.

Hello, were you able to resolve this issue? The same thing happened to me and I haven’t had any answers for 12 days. I don’t know what to do anymore, and I can’t get a refund for the item. My store is a legitimate and serious company and they simply don’t resolve anything in customer service.
