Our store was closed without any notice.
It happened about 2 hours ago, I was editing the products and processing the order as usual, then the store suddenly turned unavailable.
And we recently got your notice twice about couldn’t process our bill payment, but the bank said everything is okay with our card.
I do hope you can recheck our store, and if any documents you need, we will do everything to cooperate. Anyway, running a store is not easy, and we hope to get our store back.

The reason why your store turned unavailable may because of payment issue. If your bills are not paid on time, Shopify may close your store but it’s just one of the reasons we are assuming.
To investigate the exact cause, you can contact Shopify support at https://help.shopify.com/en/support/ then they will help you figure out the problem. You should choose Chat support option rather than Email to receive a faster support.
