We DO NOT like to show a Pop Up when a new customer comes to the store first time, instead we will give an offer of 15% discount on the store for the first time buyers.

In order to collect the email and get consent for subscription, we are planning to show a Pop Up after the first purchase on the Thank You Page by using a Pop Up with a 10% discount on next order and the code will be emailed to the customer in exchange of email id for subscription.

Could you please tell me how I can show a Pop Up on Thank You page using Shopify Forms and Email?
