Hello, how can I get an issue that has been escalated 3 times thru chat support since 12/10 actually resolved? I can’t believe there is no support phone # for shop owners. I’m being genuine here, I need the issue resolved and haven’t heard a peep after 3 escalations. I need help from someone at Shopify. Thank you.
