However, whenever I try to access the coding section to make the changes, a message pops up stating that there’s a technical problem with Shopify that’s preventing the page from loading. I urgently need to be able to update this information immediately. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Could you please try to open in the incognito mode or try to open this in your laptop instead of the mobile.
If the issue still persist then try to delete the cache of the Web Browser.
