I’ve just check and found that the reference site is using the shopify Symmetry theme.
It’s the 8.0.0 version of the theme. Here is the link of Symmetry theme: Ecommerce Website Templates - Free and Premium Themes for Your Online Store. which worth is $400USD.
This is the best theme for clothing brands and the best part is this theme is light weight and easy to customize.
