We are runing our store, just add products, and suddenly, on june 13th, tell us that our store shut down after we complete the payment method, we don’t know what’s wrong with our information uploaded, have anyone can help us?

If you received an email from our support team you would see a ticket number in the email or in the subject line of the email.
