My shop was registered on June 16th and the shop has been renovated. Today I’m going to pay $29 for the basic plan because yesterday it showed 2 days left in the trial period, but the store suddenly shut down today and I have absolutely no idea what happened? Please help, thanks!

Welcome to the Shopify Community! It sounds like you are new to Shopify, is this your first store?
I understand that your store suddenly became unavailable today before you could pay for your Basic Shopify plan. That is definitley not ideal, so I would be happy to advise on next steps.
You mentioned a ticket number - have you already been in touch with our support team? If so, have they advised that they have gathered all of the required information, and explained that we will be in touch as soon as possible?
Generally when an issue like this comes up, one of our teams will reach out to you first via email to provide more information. Can you check if you have received anything from us which may explain what happened? It’s a good idea to double check the spam/junk folders to make sure it didn’t arrive there.
If you haven’t received an email from us yet, then reaching out to us using this link here will be a good idea. However, in this case it sounds like you have already done so and will need to await our reply.
