Our website was terminated almost a week ago - for no specific reason!
6 days ago, our website was terminated with this lovely messege:

Hello Boutique, After reviewing your information and website boutique-fleurance.myshopify.com, we have determined that you are in violation of Section 4.4 of the Shopify Terms of Service and we are therefore unable to support your business. We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3. Thank you, Shopify Risk |
We are currently migrating from PrestaShop to Shopify and our store is far from ready to be opened for the public. I was therefore shocked to recieve this messege - and contacted support first thing monday morning.
I need to know why the store was terminated and how we could avoid termination in the future.
A few days later I was met with this messege, avoiding all my questions:

Now things looked promising and I tried to login - didn’t work.
The store had locked me out again. I stated this in my next email to the “Risk Operations Team” - who sent me the same exact email again - so i tried to login, and select my payment info; which resulted in the same thing - I got locked out of the shop again.
Now we’ve been playing ball like this back and forth for two days… My peers are getting tired of the lack of support. We cannot request a call backs for some reason and “Risk Operations team” are unbelievably slow at answering our emails.
Worst of all - we still havn’t got a clue, why our shop was terminated in the first place…!?
I wonder if we can demand compensation for this week - since no one in our team has been allowed access, and thereby no work has been done to improve our shop.
