Looking for some information.
I have received an email from Shopify advising that my store and account have been terminated. With absolutely no reason defined.
I have been going back and forth with support over the payouts being disabled - even though I have submitted all documentation to Shopify multiple times. Emailing back and forth, licenses, paperwork all sorts of documentation.
I have been building the store, but have had nothing but issues with Shopify since starting.
They have billed me incorrectly, I was advised by support to upgrade my plan, for absolutely no reason, to fix an issue which was caused by your platform not allowing me to perform certain functions. Then the plan was reduced to a pause and build plan, as recommended by your support team. I was advised to use manual payment capture, and configure the store, then set it back to a normal plan.
I have done everything support have advised, and spent MAJOR MONEY getting this to the point of working. All for the payouts to STILL be disabled, have the original issues I had with payouts, and now the store is terminated.
THIS IS COMPLETLY UNNACCEPTABLE.
Shopify have just taken money from me for months, provided lack lustre support, and then just decided to terminate my account altogether.
I HAVE NOT EVEN GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE MADE A SINGLE SALE.
I have paid employees significant amounts of money to create import data files from feeds, and store configuration. All to have my account terminated with absolutely no reason, information, or advice.
THE ONLY SALE I HAVE EVEN MANAGED TO COMPLETE WAS A TEST ONE.
Has anyone else had the same issue?
I want a Senior Manager to respond or contact me.
You cannot just take money from people, then decide to close their business because you see fit. I want a reason.
After the amount of money I have spent on your platform, to have it cancelled for no reason, immediately makes me want to sue your company, and go straight to your competitor.
