Shopify Terminated our account on 7 March. There was no issue in our store, also have $1500+ sales. They have no reason to terminate. And their support is like a ai chat, the human advisors also talk like AI, they tells you the same thing everyday. Already contacted them 100+ times. No solutions. My business is totally off for this reason. I am loosing my money day by day. People are asking refunds and other things. If they can’t handle our problems in time, how we would grow our business. I have 1500+$ in my balance account. They are all stuck. Also my business is over for them. I need an urgent solution from shopify. I am in loss. The amount is about $10000. Please resolve this issue or give me my money back.

I think you can look for keywords like “violations,” “terms of service,” or “risk assessment.” in your email because Shopify usually sends a termination email with some reasoning.
Then, instead of general support, request escalation to the Risk or Legal team in your emails. If you’re not getting anywhere, you can report the issue to BBB (Better Business Bureau), local consumer protection agencies, or even payment processors like Stripe/PayPal if they were involved
