The store is down, what's going on?

My customers are complaining that the store is not opening, I went to check and the store is really not working, the panel is normal, but when I try to open the store it is not working, I saw other topics here with the same problem.

Regarding your issue, could you please share your store URL so I can take a look? If your store is password-protected, kindly provide the password as well. Because my store is using Dawn theme and it is working fine

Maybe it is better for your customers to share the issue screenshots with you directly rather than complain simply, so that you can proceed to dig out the cause code. Sometimes the issue is due to other factors, rather than the website itself. You can share more details here also if you would like us in the community to further check.

It’s been resolved, folks. I contacted Shopify and they informed me that there was a problem with the IP addresses in Brazil, which had impacted the downtime of some stores in Brazil. They suggested simply changing the domain within the store dashboard, for example:

From yoursite.com.br
To www.yoursite.com.br

This temporarily resolved the issue, but the links to the non-www version of the site still weren’t working. However, the next day, everything returned to normal.
