I cannot say for certain why this store is showing this error message however I can appreciate there may be some concern over your order here.
I just wanted to let you know that Shopify is a software company with tools that enable stores to build their websites and sell their products online. We don’t sell any of the products ourselves. We do not manage the shipping or sales of the store, and we cannot recover your money for you, as we do not operate businesses on behalf of merchants on the platform. However, I certainly want to help.
While I will not actually be able to confirm if a store you ordered from is on Shopify, I can definitely give some next steps. In these situations, the best first step to take is to contact the store directly, as they are the only ones able to see your order and take the appropriate actions.
- You may be able to message them on their social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, if they have one.
- If you received a confirmation email, are you able to reply to that?

If you don’t hear back from the store or are unable to reach them, you can reach out to your bank/ credit card provider for further options regarding your payment and possible refund options.
