Hi, have a business based in UK and anytime i get an international order, i can’t ship via shopify and have to use third party couriers, etc. the error comes as “The total declared value cannot be higher than $0 for international shipments”.
How do i fix this please? have attached a screenshot as well

After a detailed review and consultation with our Shipping team, we’ve identified the root cause of the issue you’re encountering. It appears that the current setup within Shopify Shipping does not support international shipments for UK carriers, including Royal Mail, when trying to ship from the UK to the USA directly through Shopify.
This means that to proceed with shipping your order from the UK to the US, you will need to purchase the shipping label directly from Royal Mail or another carrier service that supports international shipments from the UK. This is outside the Shopify Shipping platform. Currently, Shopify Shipping for UK carriers is designed to handle domestic shipments within the UK and does not have the capability to generate labels for international shipments from the UK to other countries, including the US.
