Theme Displays Differently on Different Devices

I’m using the “Express” theme for my Shopify store. My home page loads just fine on both my desktop and mobile phone, but it doesn’t display correctly on other peoples’ devices. The layout is basically unusable on theirs, even though one person has a Windows PC like I do, and the other person has an Android phone just like I do. The photos are all displayed vertically on the PC, and the text cuts off on both sides on the Android. Again, the layout is normal and totally useable on my devices, but I feel like that has something to do with my having a Shopify account, and something working internally there. Please see the issues as displayed below. I believe this is having a serious detrimental effect on my sales, as my Etsy shop has seen 4x the sales despite my outside advertising directing to my Shopify store, and my average view time on my site is less than 20 seconds.
