Hello, I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am facing while creating product pages in my Shopify store. I have attached relevant screenshots/documents to provide more clarity on the problem.

Here are the details:

  • When I create a new template for a specific product, the name of the template does not appear in the Theme Template dropdown menu. There having the issue in the theme inself. Kindly give me solution.

I would like to ask, since it is obvious the theme itself is faulty, would you consider working with a new theme as an option? Also is this Shopify 2.0 theme ?
