I have heard of this happening before; Basically what’s going on is the theme is stuck in the ‘trial’ state. Therefore as the first step towards resolving this, please try the following:
Go to ‘Online Store > Themes’.
Click Actions next to your purchased theme.
Choose Buy.
Since you have already purchased the theme, another charge should not be initiated when you choose Buy. This should instead just prompt the theme to move out of the ‘trial’, and into the ‘paid’ state.
However, if this initial troubleshooting step doesn’t work, or if there are any errors or duplicate charges, please let me know. I will continue to work through this with you until it is fully and properly resolved.
Unfortunately I’m having the same issue. I have followed the above instructions after a week with no updates from the billing team and been charged again (will be refunded soon I hope). Hopefully will be actioned soon as I’d like to launch…
