This is absolutely maddening. I have been trying to ship orders for the past week and keep receiving this error code every time I try to print a label, “There was a problem buying shipping labels”.
I have cleared cache, tried different browsers, restarted computer, everything that has been suggested.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! This seems like an on going issue dating back a few years. Cannot imagine why this bug has not been fixed at this point! I get the same error when trying to use the app BTW.
