I have no idea what the problem could be.

I was working of my website today, I went to save a change and the server timed out. I could not log back into myshopify admin. I troubleshot how to fix it; clear cache, open from a new browser, etc. Nothing has helped. I try to contact the support team and my store can’t be found. See attached images. My website is still up and running no problems.

I am trying to contact support but I get the message"The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist, or it might have been moved." My Shopify account is 4x4lifestyleco.myshopify. Please can anyone help?? my website won’t load and I have angry customers trying to buy products!

I am having the same issue. I can not connect to my store so I can not contact support. I don’t know how to reach anyone.

I have the exact same issue. Also, if my customer can get on my site, if they put something in the cart it says undefined and they can not check out.

When contacting our support there is an option to continue without signing in and you should still be able to contact our live chat through that method, even if you don’t have access to your account. When you follow this link: Contact Support you should see the options shown in my screenshot below.

If you are having any issues with accessing our live support please do a full browser cache and cookie clear and also try in an incognito/private window. You can also reach out to our social media support team for a bit faster support in troubleshooting this if you continue to have any issues. Our social media team is not able to authenticate accounts, but they will have faster replies then our forums here and can make sure you get connected with our accounts team for assistance.

If you are still having admin loading problems then it is most likely related to the outage that was shared in the previous comment. If the issue is persisting after the status update is resolved and you are still not able to contact support, please reply back here to let me know.

Same problem most of today - my Shopify store would not allow people to add to their cart or checkout. My access to my admin page was completely denied and was also unable to contact support because I could not login to admin. Pretty poor business practices without support when you need it. Just now able to get on as the site is currently working as it should, but there have been issues for more than 3 days. How does Shopify compensate store owners for lost orders during these times where our stores are not operating as they should? I would hope there is some sort of credit on our bill or something - no telling how many orders/customers were lost during this time. Also, is there a plan in the future to allow paying Shopify store owners to access support and/or the community if this happens again? Thank you…

This was a legitimate concern. The website is working again but some glitch in the Shopify matrix blocked access for an hour today. Change all passwords, checked all settings. Total mystery but left feeling very cautious.

Shopify should at the very least send a notification that downtime is possible

with some stores so this could be the cause of the login/loading issues. What a scare and waste of time troubleshooting nothing.
