To talk to a Shopify Rep, contact them directly within your account.

However, to re-verify, simply add the HTML tag in your theme.liquid file and reclaim.

The first image is a HTML Tag verification code

The second image is a verification attempt using Google Analytics.

You are trying to verify using different methods.

I recommend you cancel the Google Analytics method and try again using HTML tag.
