Hello Shopify, Unfortunately our website can no longer be reached. It was working perfectly fine on our desktops and mobile devices but today our website can’t be reached. We’ve tried the domain name, the redirect and even checked the status of our store but we have yet to find the solution to our problem.
I was typing out some troubleshooting steps for you, but while I was doing that, the issue seems to have resolved itself as I can now access your site:
It is normal for this to happen, as any changes to your domain can take 48 hours to take effect, so it may have just been processing in the background. If you run into an issue like this with your domain again, and you’re unsure of the cause, you can reach out to our live support team through the Help Center and we’ll check your domain on the backend for you.
By the way, if you’ll be launching your store soon, I recommend checking out our Store Launch Checklist to make sure you have all your ducks in a row before the big day. There are a lot of things that go into launching a new store, so this checklist is great to have on hand to make sure you don’t miss anything.
