This store can't accept payments right now

So the website store wont accept payments. I have had to verify the account but dont know if I just need to wait or if I did something wrong. I have provided images that may help identify the problem, sorry that one is in Spanish.

Based on the screenshot shared, it looks as though you have Shopify Payments set up. From the screenshot, it does mention to receive better rates from Shopify Payments, you can change your plan. The only payment gateway that is not active on your store is PayPal.

Could you provide more context on the following:

  • What plan are you currently on?
  • Share a screenshot of the error message that states the store cannot accept payments.
  • Share the URL to your store so we can replicate the issue.
  • Is there a red or yellow banner in your Shopify admin indicating any issues?

Once I’m able to gather more context, I’ll be able to further investigate the issue or direct you to the Help Center if it requires access to your account.

Hello Victoria, I hope everything is going well.

Heres the information you asked for:

  • I am currently on the Basic Shopify plan, paying 1euro a month.

  • (Screenshot bellow)

  • URL → aquawaves.shop

  • There is no errors anywhere in Shopify admin. However, there was a prompt asking me to verify myself. I did that two days before writing this post, so I dont understand the issue.

By any chance, is your shop’s payment gateway in test mode? You can check for this by heading to your Shopify admin, Settings > Payments section to see if Shopify Payments is in test mode.

When navigating to your storefront and selecting a product, I was also able to replicate the issue of the store not accepting payments.

In your initial message, you mentioned that you needed to verify your identity for Shopify Payments. There is a possibility that there was an issue submitting the verification documents or additional information is required.
