Hello everyone, I have a problem with tiktok pixel, I have configured everything as it should be, but the events are not displayed correctly. So i can’t select complete payement on tiktok ads manager.
anyone to help me ?

Thanks for your query.
I can see purchase event not triggering properly for the event tag. Make sure you have a datalayer in the custom pixel and trigger with purchase.
Assign the purchase trigger with the purchase tag.

hey, i used the automatic shopify pixel config.
then re configure the apps and connect tiktok pixel to ensure the setup.
IF the issue still persist consider Google Tag manager GTM to configure tiktok pixel and conversion API/server side tracking with first party domain/subdomain.
configuring Tikok pixel with GTM consists of 4 major steps:

Custom Datalayer setup in customer event custom pixel

Datalayer variable setup for dynamic event data tracking( currency, value, transaction id, item name, item price, user provided data as well)

Trigger for each event you want to track

Creating base tag and event tags for each event and assigning the trigger and variables.

You can also try using TikTok pixel helper to track events. I also recommend checking if completing payment, initiating checkout, and placing an order are using the correct connection methods.
Also, if the TikTok pixel is installed correctly.
