Can you please provide the URL for your domain that seems to be giving you trouble? This will let me use some internal tools to see if I can find any issues with the domain settings.
Can you please provide a screenshot of your domain settings from your shopify admin, or let me know if you’re seeing any errors or messages when accessing those settings.
To get to your domain settings, please do the following:
login to your admin
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Domains’
Take a screenshot of the information on that first page (excluding anything personal or private)
