Translate Shopify Inbox with Translate & Adapt

I use Shopify Translate & Adapt on our store and I’m trying to translate the text that appears when you open the Shopify Inbox window.

What’s weird is that when I change the language on our website (e.g. English to Portuguese), the “Chat with us” pop-up on our store is translated, yet I can’t edit either the text inside the app itself or the instant answers.

Is there a way to do this?

If you’re using the Shopify Inbox app to manage your customer conversations, it’s impossible to edit the text because it’s controlled by the app itself rather than the language settings of your store.

In this case, you may need to reach out to Shopify Support to see if there’s a way to edit the text within the app or if there’s a known issue preventing it from being translated.
