Tried to cancel subscription before my trial ended, but I could not do so without paying the fee.

Hello, I recently tried to cancel the store since my trial ended and haven’t done much with it, when I tried to do so I got a message saying I need to pay 90$ for “outstanding balance”, I really hope this isn’t a bait to get the free trial then I am forced to pay it otherwise.

Thanks for responding, thanks for clearing that out, I know I haven’t installed any apps on my store and I checked that again and there are no apps installed on my store, nor any subscriptions for those apps, it’s just the subscription for the store itself as you can see in the picture below.
