I have a website, and I updated the favicon two weeks ago, but it still hasn’t changed. I’m guessing the delay might be because the website was password-protected until now. However, the meta title and description, which were updated on the same day and time, have already changed, so I’m not sure. Can you please give some solution to this.

Google cannot index your site and update information if it is password-protected.

Favicons take longer to update because browsers cache them heavily. Even if your meta title/description updated, the favicon may still show the old version.
Try these quick fixes:
Check the site in incognito or on another device.
Clear your browser cache.
Re-upload the favicon in Online Store → Preferences.
Make sure your theme isn’t using an old favicon link in theme.liquid.
If it still doesn’t update, re-uploading the file again usually forces a refresh.
