Trying to figure out a good theme to use for an online pool supply store

Hi,

I’m in the process of starting pool services and supply company. I will have physical locations as well as an Ecommerce site. I’m trying to find a good theme to use for customers to purchase products online, provide free shipping on orders over XX dollars, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Any theme will work for that. With Shopify, the theme is just the design of the website, and anything can be modified.

I recommend browsing themes and finding one that has a good feel for your vision. Then you can modify it infinitely to tighten things up.

Here are my go-to places for themes:

Out of the Sandbox makes great themes, probably my favorite theme dev team.

Pixel Union and Archetype themes are 2 other companies where I’ve used their themes and thought them to be high quality.

Shopify theme store, I usually go with the premium themes. Free themes can be ok, but can cost you more in the long run because there aren’t as many features or modifications you can do out of the box without the help of a developer.

On the Shopify Theme store, you can use our search bar to search for a particular feature you may be looking for, which may help narrow down the choices. For example, “color swatches”. Just so you know!

I also wanted to quickly add a couple resources that are useful when you’re just getting started. First of all, to address your free shipping over XX, this can be done on any store through your shipping and delivery settings.
