I ordered via a website in which uses Shop. I’m trying to report the store as it seems it is a scam. I did not receive any update email, nor tracking number. I want to discuss this and see if I can get a refund? Or what can I do?
Online on the form, I am not able to put the URL as it comes out incorrect.
