Two Factor Authentication Not Receiving Text Codes

Hi,

Suddenly codes stopped coming to my phone. My phone number seems to be OK and I don’t have any recovery codes. Fetching this from the last 2 days.

To confirm, you’re using the same mobile device and have not changed the phone number?

If so, the account owner will need to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center so our team can look into disabling two-factor authentication. To speed up the process of creating a support request, I’ll share the steps below.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Head over to the Shopify Help Center.
  • Select ‘I don’t have an account,’ as you’re unable to log in at this time.
  • From the topics displayed, select: Account > Logging in.
  • On the following page, scroll down to the Get Support section to view our available contact options.
