Two-step Authentication loop

Hi everyone.

I’m having a problem that’s driving me crazy because I’m stuck on a loop.

So I’m setting up my shop, and now I’m on the process of adding a bank account. It asks me to do a two-step authentication process. I click on “Add Bank Account”, then a message pops up about setting up the two step.

I press on it and it takes me to a login page, I then log in into my account and asks me for the authentication code, I then go on my Google authentication app and put the right code, press enter and then it takes me again to the main payment setup page.

I’ve been like this for an hour and I don’t know what to do about it.

Any of you guys can please help me with this?

Same , i thought it’s cookies , i clear all my cookies , but its still showing me “Two-step Authentication” , knowing its already activated on my account .

I Found the solution :

don’t click on add bank below shopify payment go to manage(on the top corner) and activate “Two-step Authentication” there , after that you can add your bank account .

Just for whoever has the same problem, I found a solution to it!

If you go on “manage account” clicking on the top right corner, then go to security, there you can reset your two-step authentication.
