Unable to access the Collaborator Access provided by my client

My Client sent me the Collaborator Acess, but when I’m trying to login in there is a message that

Sorry, a login error occurred. Please try again.

You could try some following steps below and I hope that it could sort out your problem.

  1. Clear your cache.
  2. Try another device.
  3. Try another browser.
  4. Make sure you’re using one of Shopify’s supported browsers.

If you cannot make it work after all that try, there may be an issue with your account and you’ll need to contact Shopify Support for assistance. Also, you could check out your shopifystatus.com if you’re ever having issues to see if it’s a widespread issue or not.

Same issue!
Unable to log in to many stores today, even when they are all getting “Approved” collaborator access status.
Normally I would be able to access the admin panel but this whole day it just shows

"There was a problem connecting to Shopify

Try reloading your browser or checking back later."

Are there any ways to check Shopify’s maintenance schedule or performance status?
