Unable to Delete Smart Shopping Campaign from Google Channel App

Hi Shopify Support Team,

I already contacted you few days ago about this. In the reply email you gave me instructions how to delete the Campaign. But the thing is, I already deleted the Smart Campaign from Google AdWords. Now here in Shopify App, I cannot delete the activity. And It says that it needs to be published first, then I can delete it or something like that. Here is the Screenshot. I think this is some kind of a bug that needs to be removed. Please help me with this one.

Why don’t you simply delete the app? That would be what I would do if I’m not using it.

I have a Shopping Campaign Running in my AdWords, Will something be affected if I delete the Google Channel App???

If you are using a smart shopping campaign created by the shopify google app, yes, it will pause that campaign.

All you need to do after deleting the app, is enable it again in Google Ads.

That is all you need to do, if you are using a smart shopping campaign created by Shopify.
