Unable to log in to my Shopify store. No authentication app or recovery code

I did a password reset on my Shopify admin however it’s asking for an authentication number which I never added to the store and also asking for recovery code, having read some community discussions, looks like Shopify support might take longer than 2 weeks, but I really need the website to run as fast possible, can I get some help please.
