My current month shopify bill is 17720 INR but the alowed shopify mandate is only 15,000 INR.
I have approved the mandate limit increase by bank in the backend but in the front end shopify only allows for 15,000 INR . How to solve this issue?
I have contacted my bank and have tried multiple cards and used multiple attempts but still the payment does not go through
I have requested shopify to send me a payment link but that is not possible
If I don’t pay this bill my store will be frozen in 2 days. I have tried everything
