Please help! I just need to speak to a customer service representative but the chat bot will not allow me to do so. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Practically every single organization in this world that has customers, allows customer support to be reached directly. This is the first time in my life I have encountered a company that will not allow me to do so. It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Honestly, there are probably consumer protection laws in place to prevent this sort of thing. Legal action should be taken!
Shopify used to be amazing. Unfortunately is has now gone the way of Facebook… It is really sad to see what this company is becoming. Instead of actually helping customers, we are now just fighting with AI bots to even get to a person, only to get generic nonsense replies with no help whatsoever. After fighting with this for a while, you might be lucky enough to have it “escalated”… only to wait weeks, receive no reply and the ticket being closed. This is no longer the company it used to be. It gets worse and worse.

So then there is literally no way I can get a hold of someone then? I don’t get it. Surely they have employees?
