Hi, I’ve had no issues up until today with purchasing shipping labels through Shopify. I’m currently getting the error message when I click “Create Shipping Label”:
Your shop is temporarily unable to purchase shipping labels:> > We’re currently reviewing your account. If the issue is not resolved within 2 business days, please contact shipping-ops@shopify.com.
Reached out to customer support but wasn’t able to get an answer. Any ideas on how to proceed?

For this specific issue, you would need to be reaching out to the email address given there rather than contacting using our general support resources.
If more than 2 days have passed and you still are having issues with this, then, as per the notification there you can reach out to shipping-ops@shopify.com for more info.
That team would be able to share more info on this review and your store’s status after this time has passed.
